This work addresses a new transportation problem in outbound logistics in the automobile industry: the finished-vehicle transporter routing problem (FVTRP). The FVTRP is a practical routing problem with loading constraints, and it assumes that dealers have deterministic demands for finished vehicles that have three-dimensional irregular shapes. The problem solution will identify optimal routes while satisfying demands. In terms of complex packing, finished vehicles are not directly loaded into the spaces of transporters; instead, loading patterns matching finished vehicles with transporters are identified first by mining successful loading records through virtual and manual loading test procedures, such that the packing problem is practically solved with the help of a procedure to discover loading patterns. This work proposes a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model for the FVTRP considering loading patterns. As a special class of routing models, the FVTRP is typically difficult to solve within a manageable computing time. Thus, an evolutionary algorithm is designed to solve the FVTRP. Comparisons of the proposed algorithm and a commercial MILP solver demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is more effective in solving medium- and large-scale problems. The proposed scheme for addressing the FVTRP is illustrated with an example and tested with benchmark instances that are derived from well-studied vehicle routing datasets.  相似文献

设计并搭建了一套高精度的磁场测量和补偿系统,并结合中国科学院高能物理研究所(IHEP)的2K超导腔垂直测试平台对1.3 GHz单加速间隙超导腔的磁通排出效应开展了实验研究:利用研制的磁场测量和补偿系统能够精密地测量超导腔赤道位置磁场,并能够将磁场补偿至小于5.0×10-8 T;并对超导腔不同表面温度梯度下的磁通排出效应进行了测量分析;对钉扎了磁场的超导腔进行了射频性能测试,研究了超导腔电阻对磁通钉扎的敏感度,以及在不同电场梯度下超导腔的表面电阻变化情况。结果表明,研制的高精度磁场测量和补偿系统能够满足超导腔磁通排出研究的需求;高的超导腔表面温度梯度有利于磁通的排出;磁通钉扎电阻的敏感度随着加速电场梯度的增加而增大,导致超导腔的性能下降。此实验研究也为后续超导腔的研制奠定了一定基础。  相似文献

采用长石、高岭土、石英为主要原料制备了分相液滴自清洁釉.利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和显微镜接触角测量仪等测试仪器表征了样品性能.研究结果表明:当二氧化钛添加量为5wt;时,釉表面形成大量细小的孤立液滴,体积分数达58.48;,具有高的表面硬度(869.10 kg/mm2)和良好的亲水自清洁性(表面润湿角为13.361°).与现有的表面涂覆纳米涂料相比,该自清洁釉耐磨性强,制备方法简单,在中高温建筑陶瓷领域有着良好的应用前景,符合绿色环保理念.  相似文献

以硅溶胶和硅微粉为混合硅源,采用动态水热合成法成功制备了层状托贝莫来石催化剂,借助XRD、BET和NH3/CO2-TPD等手段对托贝莫来石进行分析表征,研究了不同硅源比例对托贝莫来石晶相结构、比表面积、孔结构性质及表面酸碱性质的影响.结果 表明:随非晶态硅溶胶占比增大,托贝莫来石比表面积和孔容呈逐渐增大趋势,但结晶度和表面酸碱量及弱酸弱碱强度逐渐下降.硅溶胶占比增至20;,托贝莫来石结晶度由81.65;下降至73.66;,总酸量由0.18 mmol·g-1降至0.14 mmol·g-1,总碱量由0.47 mmol·g-1降至0.40 mmol·g-1,比表面积由65 m2·g-1增至174 m2·g-1,孔容由0.15cm3·g-1增至0.60 cm3·g-1,出现介孔-大孔特征;硅溶胶占比增至30;,制得托贝莫来石产物出现少量SiO2晶相.  相似文献

Tanshinol borneol ester (DBZ) is a potential drug candidate composed of danshensu and borneol. It shows anti‐ischemic and anti‐atherosclerosis activity. However, little is known about its metabolism in vivo. This research aimed to elucidate the metabolic profile of DBZ through analyzing its metabolites using high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent TC‐C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) with gradient elution using methanol and water containing 0.2% (v/v) formic acid as the mobile phase. Metabolite identification involved analyzing the retention behaviors, changes in molecular weights and MS/MS fragment patterns of DBZ and its metabolites. As a result, 20 potential metabolites were detected and tentatively identified in rat plasma, urine and feces after administration of DBZ. DBZ could be metabolized to O‐methylated DBZ, DBZ‐O‐glucuronide, O‐methylated DBZ‐O‐glucuronide, hydroxylated DBZ and danshensu. Danshensu, a hydrolysis product of DBZ, could further be transformed into 12 metabolites. The proposed method was confirmed to be a reliable and sensitive alternative for characterizing metabolic pathways of DBZ and providing valuable information on its druggability.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid triple quadrupole–linear ion trap mass spectrometry (Q‐trap‐MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of veratramine, the major bioactive and neurotoxic component in Veratrum nigrum L. Veratramine and the internal standard (IS) were separated with a Waters Symmetry C18 column and eluted with a gradient mobile phase system containing acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous formic acid. The analysis was performed by using positive electrospray ionization mode with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Transition ions of m/z 410.2 → 295.2 for veratramine and m/z 426.1 → 113.8 for the IS were monitored. The method was validated with a good linearity in the range of 1–1000 ng/mL and lower limit of quantification of 1 ng/mL. The precision (CV) of intra‐ and inter‐day ranged from 3.92 to 7.29%, while the accuracy (bias) intra‐ and inter‐day were between ?4.78 and 1.65%. The recovery, stability and matrix effect were within the acceptable ranges. Five metabolites of veratramine, including four hydroxylated and one sulfated metabolites, were tentatively identified using predictive MRM–information dependent acquisition–enhanced product ion mode (predictive MRM‐IDA‐EPI). The developed method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic and metabolic study of veratramine in mice after oral administration of veratramine.
